"I decided to take the 12 month subscription in October but i was not able to pay online, so I contacted the help desk (Tasmiyah and team) via email. Within minutes, I received a response and was helped immediately. Thereafter the box was delivered to me within 2/3 days. The service is super efficient and quick. The contents of the box was also quite delightful, I enjoyed the products. They are well thought out and relevant up to date products.
